RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

RETURN OR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

HAIR EXTENSIONS

  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or removed from its original packaging
  • It must not show any signs of tampering.

HAIR PRODUCTS

  • They must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Important: If the product has been opened or used, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges must be for products of the same value or a lower price
  • If the new product is priced at a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Refunds are processed 1-3 business days after approval
  • We do not cover return or exchange shipping outside of the United States
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded, nor will it be returned in cash or to a different account than the one from which the payment was received

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • Complete all required sections on the Return Form (see below)
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a return message via email, with which you registered
  • You will be provided instructions on how to collect the package or provide a shipping address for review and proceed with the return

PROCESSING

  • Returns: The corresponding amount will be credited to the original payment method.
    Exchanges: Contact via email to calculate the new shipping cost and arrange for the replacement product to be shipped

Note: Hello Extensions does not cover the shipping of products for exchanges; however, we provide the return label to facilitate the process
